Unable to open job

Unique Loc

Go to Revoquest, search by the Job Id

Go to Dealer’s details and select the Dealer No.

Select Location section, and check for “Unique Loc” status

If it is “No”, edit it and check on the box to change it to yes.

Then inform the user the Job is now fixed and try syncing it again.

Override Inspector

If the user still can’t access the Job, then we can use override the inspector

Go to Revoquest, search by the Job Id

Select Location section, and select the Loc Dealer no.

It will open a dialogue box with an option for “Inspector Override”, tick that box.

Then the user can try syncing it again.
